Seeing how I've pretty much cut down most of the mature 60ft oak trees in my lot, I really don't have a need for the 20", but boy do I still want it (lol). Forge batteries make it even sweeter.
I will say the biggest con for me with the 20" saw would be the weight. I can't imagine how heavy this would be with two 12ah batteries-you'd almost be forced to use forge batteries exclusively—since I'm a wimp.
This one is trying to raise over the battery chainsaw niche but the extra weight and battery investment will fail it against the gas competition.

As far as I can tell, this is the gas equivalent https://www.northerntoo
And much cheaper. Just you have to deal with gas and two storke oil. For a small amount of maintenance you can get almost 200 years of gas chaninsaw tech (first chainsaw was 1830)
electric is easy but gas is for pros
