The Hisense U6, U7, U7N's at the same prices as the TCL's are on par or some say better, but I've had TCLs for awhile and liked the TCL's better. I missed out on the Samsung Neo LED that had a price glitch last Saturday which some got for 1050, but as mentioned, super happy with the QM7! Some reviews say the Q7 is close the QM7 if you are just using for normal everday tv use. For me, the extra 200 was worth it to get the better QM7.
For 700 or less, look at the TCL Q7, Hisense U6. Then 60hz options that I was debating were the Costco TCL for 599, Target Series 5 75" 499, Bestbuy QM6 for 549, TCL Q-5 series for 479 from best buy.
Not sure if Samsung still has their sale w/AAA deals, but last week they also had their 75" w/trade in, free mounting, 2 year warranty for 571 QLED.
What are you planning to get instead? Pay 1500 and get the LG 77" OLED for your premium experience.

I missed the sale on the Hisense U7 and regret not getting it, but at this point I just want something that is equal or better than my now dead TCL 65R615.
