I have this 6-quart model. I love it and use it at least once a week. There are so many modes, but I've mainly used the 'pressure cook' and 'saute' settings. It's great for making pot roast in an 45 minutes, chicken soup in 30 minutes, and lentils in 6 minutes.
It also works well keeping queso/cheese sauce warm for a nacho party.

Almost all the other multi cookers out there use a cheap aluminum inner pot coated with non-stick garbage. Instant Pot uses quality stainless steel inner pots.
