Their Member's Mark and Costco's Kirkland are made in the same factory as Energizer and Duracell. They are practically the same batteries for #48 / $18 (on sale).

Project Farm just did a thorough review of alkalines. He got the pricing wrong bc I wouldn't pay $30 for a set of MM or Kirkland, so these store generics actually come out on top compared to the brands and the lithium disposables.

Agreed, and looking at camel camel $14.58 is normal price for at least the last 6months on these. Subscribe and save is just standard 15% discount bringing these down to $12.39.

It's just my bad luck but majority of Duracell AA/AAA batteries I got from Costco leak pretty bad, some leak even with only 6 months of storage. They destroyed a lot of my electronic devices. C/D ones are doing fine though.
I am going to try Energizer or store brand AA/AAA from this moment on.

It's not Costco. Duracells leak.

Energizers have never leaked on me, even when I forgot to remove batteries when storing the kid's toys for a long period of time. Duracells, Kirkland and Members mark have all leaked on me. I only buy energizer, don't care about the reviews with the little multimeter numbers, those don't mean anything practically when your device works and doesn't corrode from a bad battery

I will never buy Duracell again
