I bought one and it is new.and it kicks the crap out of the qm7 I returned for its fuzzy unrefined quality. It is sold by Walmart online not a vendor and I highly doubt Walnut is going to break the law to make a tiny bit of extra money on the small number of units of this tv they will sell.. ...

I once bought a Samsung from Walmart and sold by Walmart that was like 3 generations old. I've always had the same question. Showed up brand new and perfect though.
