Sure, the technology has improved in methods to help reduce the likelihood of burn-in, but it can happen. It's not a risk with mini-LED. If you replace your TV every 5 years, maybe that's not a concern. Many people keep their TV 10+ years.
No hands on experience? I'm literally typing this response on my OLED Legion laptop. OLED looks amazing, yes, but a 60hz OLED panel still won't allow you to appreciate the improvements a PS5 Pro has compared to a regular PS5, which is mainly in framerate.

Games that allow 120 have their graphics settings dialed back
60hz oled is totally fine for ps5 pro. Burn in is not really a huge cause for concern anymore.

if you already have a ps5, invest in an oled tv rather than a ps5 pro. huge improvement going from regular tv to oled tv even for base ps5.
