Either way Walmart has a really good fraud system in place.. because accounts get hacked very easy it seems.
If you want the order to actually go through
Place an order for in store pick up - make it the cheapest possible. Once the order is ready you can cancel the order. After the order is ready place your actual order of this item and it will work.
Walmart accounts require some aging before allowing you to make high ticket purchases/gift cards.
