The grinder in this machine is no good. They used a cheap blade grinder that would give an inconsistent grind. You could do much better by buying a separate quality grinder and using your own regular Keurig refillable cup.

They said it's a conical burr grinder. Is that not true?

Perhaps it's burrs, but the cheapest variety with an inconsistent grind that gives a lot of dust. I returned mine and just got a regular Keurig.

I'm a coffee expert much to my own surprise.

This is good if coffee is something you drink with a flavored creamer to get going in the morning. No judgement here from me.

But if you're planning on buying nice coffee and trying to get the most out of the beans… please invest in the right equipment.

Good deal though!

Thanks for the response. That's a shame though. I really like the idea of this product.

I owned this machine until recently and your assessment is spot on. Nothing great, but absolutely nothing horrible about it. Convenient if you use both pods and beans. The cycling of flashing lights when first powered on can be a bit annoying.

Agree 100%. I regret buying this. Good idea, very, very poor execution. I was using it to brew tea but pump quit.
