This is a staple for me, but my local Whole Foods has been out of stock for months and I fear they may no longer carry it since removing the shelf label last week. I eat about a bag per week since reading Dr. Greger's How Not To Age book mentioned here:

No, wheat germ qould have some protein/gluten in it but it isn't primarily gluten. So if you're like me and add gluten into bread dough, this wouldn't work
