Previous low was a just days ago at $1615. This is a great price at $1460 for as long as you are ok with the limitations set by Acer (cannot undervolt).

Nah... Mobile always months later. 50x series for laptops won't show up until around April at the earliest.

Has Acer ever launched a "new" product of these? All I see is refurbished laptops , what's the common issues with these? apart from the fact it comes with a problematic 14900HX

It appears these have a voltage limit that prevents the GPU from even getting close to 175W.

Good to know. I noticed that was a review from last years model but I would guess it is still the same in this years. Another thing to note is Acer locks the ability to undervolt.

Yet, if you watch the rest of the video, you'll see that results are basically unaffected. it performs the same as other 4080s, and only the 4090s come ahead.
