It went to that price once in 2019 and once in late 2021. Other than those rare instances, 19.99 is the good price on this item.
I own three or four of these and I like them. Great set size to capability ratio, nice compact case. They leave a few empty slots for you to add your own favorite bits as well.
This is the price I wait for. In for another.

I use this same set for small diy projects around the house. It's fair for the price, but i have seen it go for 14.99 a couple of times.

It appears that 110 bit set is not impact rated, don't know how important that is to most people, but I use my impact a lot.

excuse my ignorance, but what would indicate impact rated? One photo says "Impact Compatible" and most reviews say they use it with their impact drill fine, except for 2 of them. One review says it doesn't come with an attachment for the impact bits,and another says doesn't match the pictures. Kind of confusing to me.

Could be wrong, and there is a TON of gray between all these terms as we are talking about standards for different manufacturers, different branding, and different methods of testing and rating equipment.
