I own three or four of these and I like them. Great set size to capability ratio, nice compact case. They leave a few empty slots for you to add your own favorite bits as well.

Impact compatible = It can/will fit into most impact wrenches, but no promise as to whether it will survive the rigors of impact wrench use. Might last for a while, but eventually the hardships of impact life will take its toll!
Could be wrong, and there is a TON of gray between all these terms as we are talking about standards for different manufacturers, different branding, and different methods of testing and rating equipment.
