  1. Purchase the GeForce RTX 4070 VENTUS 2X 12G OC Graphics Card between 12/09/2024 and 12/31/2024.
  2. Go to msi.rebateaccess.com and enter the promotion number 95912.
  3. Fill out and print the registration form for this promotion.
  4. Cut out and enclose the ORIGINAL UPC barcode label from the product box in its entirety, including the serial number barcode and QR code (not the UPC barcode from the shipping box). See image on this form.
  5. Enclose a copy of the sales receipt or packing slip dated between 12/09/2024 and 12/31/2024 indicating your purchase.
  6. Mail all of these items to the address noted on the registration form.

Anyone know how quiet this is? Or not? Currently running a 7650XT (?) and it's way too loud, and way too power hungry.

This is a non starter if true - $1500 RTX 5080. Better a used 4090 for that price.
