$2-$4 for same level of tester on Ali (with $10 free shipping purchase from Choice sellers), $9 on eBay, $5 on amazon. Nothing special about this device other than name and price. Also the cheaper ones show which wire is bad out of the 8.

The ones that tell you which wire is bad and possibly the distance of where the cut is. I have several and the cheap ones work just as well as the Klein. I'm a Klein fanboy but no need to pay more for something you can get for $10 if you're only testing a few wires at home.

Link to a no-name that is capable of measuring distance at this price range?

Genuinely asking what you have.
I know Klein is high quality but high price to match, so for many tools the generic is adequate. I've just never experienced this feature with either name brand or generic.
