Edit: This is the white 120" version, works and looks great but material is a lot thinner than i thought it would be. You'll see some horizontal creases that will eventually go away. Doesn't effect image quality at all

What if you just leave this thing unrolled most of the time? Maybe that would combat creases/wrinkles?

Join AWOL group on fb, which sells this vividstorm with their projector in a bundle. I see posts about wrinkle more often than motor stuck though. If you going to have it in a permanent spot...I still think fixed frame is better.
How long after you purchased was tracking information available?
Mine's been almost 24 hours and still is stuck in the "processing" phase with no other info available.
