It says 16" backpack but then laptop compartment only fits a 13" laptop. Anyways, I ordered one and will see if my work laptop fits.

Second picture shows that 16" height includes the stripes. Real exterior bag dimensions (based on the same pic) seem to be 13"x11", or so. I imagine the inner compartment is even smaller than that.
