I've had two of these drives break off my keychain and almost lost all my data. The first, a plastic model, broke after six months. So I upgraded to the metal version, which broke after just two months. I switched to the faster and much more rugged Samsung Bar drives, but those lack a built-in USB C port.

Costco in store had the Lexar duo (USB-C Gen 3.2 and USB-A) 128GB version of this 2 for $20.00.

The 256GB one was $25 at Bestbuy last week. Got one with the free $5 reward and 10% cash back fo $18 plus tax. There is a 256GB one with metal case for $23 at Amazon right now as well.

These are cheap and break / fail often. Whatever you do, don't be tempted by the "Used - Like New" from Amazon Warehouse for a lower price. I can't tell you how many I ordered that didn't work at all or had the end broken off. Finally just bought them new but waiting for it to break or fail. Would definitely look into a different brand next time.
