I decided to purchase two phones today at 10:00 PM EST, because the system was charging me less than yesterday (see next explanation). The system charged me $99.99 for each phone, for the first line I was charged only $30 ($60 with a $30 discount) and for the second line I was charged $60 (Total: 304.98 with taxes). Yesterday, when I was processing the order, the system was charging me $99.99 for each phone, $120 for the first line (for two months of service) and $90 for the second line ($30 discount provided when you have two lines on the $60 plan – Total: $409.98 without taxes). So, I believe that today, I was charged for only one month of service on the $60 plan. I remember a comment posted by @Texas-Smokey, in which he indicated that because he is a customer, he received a $20 discount for each plan/two lines, and he was eligible for the promotion with only one month of service. Do you guys think that I was charged for only a month of service? Would I be able to downgrade to the $30 plan for the second month of service without affecting the promotion eligibility? What should I do, any idea?
Thanks in advance!
