bk never said "giving away" these. except the op came up with it. its a promo and you meed to buy something to get. not giving away for free.
their chicken sandwich is the weirdest chicken sandwich ever. its more on a hoagie. and the patt is too dry and hard like rocks.
chip cookies are overpriced. buy a dollar "value" drink and you can refill it until you drop
nowhere on it said anything like op mentioned.
the only thing close enough is their beautiful calendar which printed chicken sandwich on friday. then bacon cheeseburger on monday. nothing about "and" for both items on either day.

its the way op worded. he should separate them out by the clauses.
what i read was you could get both chicken sandwich AND bacon cheeseburger (2 items on 1 order) on either 12/27 or 12/30. and they arent really considered "free" if his subject line didnt mention that you needed to buy something to get it. its exactly the def of bait n switch.
