Thanks OP; it is reproducible in my account. The other offer I had was $10 off for some Disney/Hulu service.

For me it only showed up when I was on my 'account' information page (and used the search option from there). Also, I do not see that $10 discount offer anyway but instead $10 off on some app subscriptions and another offer for a free phone line for 3 months

i tried it, and there was no offer for me.

OTOH, about a week ago, verizon sent me a mailer, if i wanted to upgrade to gigabyte at a promo price, to go to the website they provided. i keep checking the website, and there are no promos/offers for the upgrade.

Worked for me after a few hiccups. When trying to put in the order, it kept adding Disney Plus Premium for 15.99 increasing my total bill, and this add-on was very hard to remove. Tried a few different ways and was finally able to keep that subscription off and just get the loyalty part added in the order.
