Not sure how to get into the "XP Members" club or whatever. Seems like some steps are required.

It's their loyalty program. You can buy the $2 xp membership and they will give you $2 credit towards a purchase or be invited to it. https://www.greenmangaming.com/the-xp-program/

Found a code that works which brings it down to $10.20 and put it in the OP. Doesnt bring it down as much as Didnt realize the XP program had hoops like that. I had it attached to my account already for a long time

It's $9.99 on PS store (PS4/5/Vita) for folks who don't have a gaming PC. No code needed.

I feel like X is a classic. I think I have the ps3 disk and paperback game guide. Lots of content. Some grinding. Interested to see how well the remaster looks. May pull the trigger just to see.

Can't tell if this is a serious question as anyone who played 8 is an old gamer, and so much has been written about the series and X… if it's a serious question it's a classic; great story, better combat, fantastic leveling system. Visuals are a bit dated but hold up fine. Dialogue is about the same. X-2 is extremely divisive, but has a great combat and job system in my opinion. 5 bucks each if you've never played is a no brainer, enjoy 🍻

I loved 8. It was my first any pretty much only. The card game was fun yet brutal.
The story makes you crush so hard on the dark haired girl too lol. Rinoha or something haha. Never played 7, no idea what the hype was.

Two things on a tangent. Xbox is $19.99 on sale. Also, they don't put ps5 as compatible on the official site but other websites confirm it's backwards compatible.

Great summary. Worth mentioning that both are long games. I recall spending ~50 hours on FFX and I mostly did the main story. For me, the 50 hours is a lot scarcer than the $5.

I think the hype from 7 was quite a few things awesome for the tech/time including visuals and content; gameplay and story seems to be subjective.

I started to replay FFX on my PS5 and not sure I have the patience anymore for this type of game, maybe it's just me though.
