If it still ends up being fake, return it.

Download a free program called h2testw, insert SD card in computer, open program, select write+verify.

This will verify capacity. If it finishes without error the card is the listed size.

If you want to check speed, download crystaldiskmark and run a speed check. If the numbers are close to the listing then the card should be good.

Thanks for this! I tested a couple SD cards I purchased from Amazon recently and one had the rated speeds (SanDisk 128GB Extreme PRO SDXC UHS-II) and the other did not (Sony TOUGH-M series SDXC UHS-II Card 128GB, V60). Both cards were "Shipped and sold by Amazon"

Mine arrived and it's dead, the camera won't turn on with it inserted (which is weird) and PC can't see it. Back it goes.

It looks legit, packing and UPC code look normal. The metal contacts are a different color than my older Sandisk Pro 64GBs. Less copper colored.
