Here is a very easy recipe, and you'll never be buying in a jar again:

tablespoon butter
2
small garlic cloves, minced
1
tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 2⁄3
cups milk
2
tablespoons cream cheese

1 1⁄4
cups finely shredded fresh parmesan cheese

Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.

Add garlic; saute' 1 minute.

Stir in flour.

Gradually add milk stirring with a whisk until blended.

Cook 8 minutes or until thick and bubbly, stirring constantly.

Add cream cheese, cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly.

Add Parmesan cheese, stirring constantly until cheese melts.

Just make sure they don't include this with any other item. Amazon will give you the run around when their horrible packing puts MCT oil in a box with case fans and smart plugs. Let's just say Kohl's wasn't happy accepting an oily box of returns.
