The fine print. It's a 1 year warranty on parts. 90 days on labor. As we all know, labor costs often well exceed the cost of a part so that is an important consideration. Say you get some hot pixels on the sensor in month 4 of ownership. Your savings buying grey are instantly gone because you'll probably have a $300 labor bill to remove the old sensor, install the new one, and test it.

Honestly, I think for the average consumer, buying a new ZV-E10 II w/ full Sony Warranty is the better option for video use. It uses the same sensor as the FX30 and has 80% of the features, all for $1K so you still have change to buy a decent lens.
