I've been trying to find a good deal on a higher-end 75-77" TV. Slickdeals seems to be obsessed with the LG OLEDs but I want something bright for a well-lit room and these Samsung panels seem to be noticeably brighter than even the LG G4 and priced better to boot. Does anyone really care that much about Samsung skipping the Dolby licensing on these?
I'm also having trouble justifying the $800+ upcharge for the extra 12" over the 65"

I'm going down from a 86 to 77 so that's why I went for this one. Going to a 65 would've been too drastic lol
These 77's TVs are large and heavy. If you plan on purchasing a refurbished or returned one from Best Buy, make sure you see the screen BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE PARKING LOT. You do not want to get home, only to find out it has scratches or damage. It is very hard to find undamaged screens on returns this large.

Walmart is also selling the 65" for $1397, which is about $200 less than it's listed most other places right now.
