Depending on your usage.. but as a father (18m) I'd definitely choose Rico. Hard to explain, but it holds 💩 much better. I've tried many different brands, but settled with Rico for now.
If I were a single and just need a wet towel for generic uses, i'd choose quantity anytime. Who gives 💩 about baby wipe quality. Lol jk.
