Thank you. I just ordered yesterday at $110 so I cancelled and re-ordered. This is super low for the 200 ft. version with wheels.

Yep. I paid $150 two summers ago and it's been great. Best hose reel I've used but, then again, most suck.

Solid well built reel. Paid $114 last year for 200ft. Sprayed the joints and connections with an oil protectant and this looks brand new despite being out in the elements.

The 175' variant is Wirecutter's top pick for hose reels. Hoping this one is just as good - in for one! Thanks op

This is a very good hose cart, and very sturdy. I have this one, and the upgraded larger version, and would prob say this middle option reel is best. It has wheels which the smaller one doesn't, and the big one is larger, and has a hose guide which IMO, isn't that useful. This one is small and light enough to roll around, and pick up over rocks or a stump as needed. Pair it with a heavy duty rubber hose like the black Briggs and Stratton, and you are good to go. I would note, if you do use the thicker rubber, commercial, thicker hose, you won't get 200' or even 175' since the hoses are much thicker. The 200' rating is for prob for the very light duty green garden hoses that kink all the time. Also, if you get a set of quick release accessories for your faucets, hose attachment, and nozzle attachment, it will make your life much much easier if you have to move it around.

I think I am having difficulty understanding why people roll the hose reel around. Could you give me some examples why you would roll the cart instead of just unrolling the hose and then rolling it back while keeping it stationary? Like those hose boxes that you just roll, do your watering, washing, and then reel it back. Is it to keep it light so you don't have to carry the hose if it gets heavy? And do you just reel the hose in as you move it back near garage etc?
