I believe this includes everything but the deluxe content for season 2 & 3, to add that its an extra 4.99 each.

This has become one of my favorite games of all time. I have over 500 hours in it. At first, you think it's just about getting the best stealth run you can. Then you start to discover all the fun you can have without being stealthy.

Echoing what RepFree83 said, based on the description on the CDKeys website for this edition ("Standard"), it looks like it contains the base game of Hitman 3 as well as letting you play the Hitman 1 (full content) and Hitman 2 (base content) within the same game/launcher; more or less what I've been waiting on a good deal for.
It's a shame they made purchasing various content so convoluted. I don't know why they didn't go all in on just releasing the second and third seasons as expansions to the core game of Hitman, but I guess that's what you get when studios get bought/sold and management changes. I paid for the full games of Hitman and Hitman 2 when they came out and was waiting for a decent price on the Hitman 3 content that didn't make me feel like I was also buying Hitman 1 and 2 all over again.
