Interesting product but I think I'd rather have a regular (much less expensive) power station.
614 whr for $286 is a pretty good price. Regular power stations are not necessarily cheaper. Also the main benefit of this unit is that it has dc output. It's significantly more efficient to go take DC power in the battery and feed it to the CPAP machine which is also DC. Going from DC to 120VAC back to DC incurrs a significant efficiency loss. So you get more run time per whr with this machine.

Those with resmed machines need 24v, which means usb c won't work. Otherwise you need a larger machine that converts to AC to then convert back to DC at 24v.
The TSA limit is 160Wh, as long as you have airline approval for up to 2 of them. Most airlines have blanket approval for 2 batteries up to 160Wh, but do your own homework on that one. The TSA generally won't care about batteries below 160Wh.

A UPS will do the same thing without a medical device upcharge if all you need is a temporary power source for short term power outages.
Computer UPS devices aren't designed to continually run on battery, not to mention the units you're going to get from the big box stores are SLA with garbage capacity. By the time you get to lithium you've already spent more than a cpap battery.

Did do these 2 for the same benefit. Got ~3 nights (8hrs. ea) before the battery died (my CPAP unit taking 24V, so YMMV)
Battery: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0C4PKWD36
Adapters: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0CGTGYDWY
Can take on plane, not heavy & this unit will charge while in use
