I rarely, if ever, get these random Best Buy rewards certificates via e-mail, but I just got one for $5. YMMV. Some people are getting more. Some people aren't getting anything.

My subject line was "A $5 Reward Just For You, [MyFirstName]."

After it pops up, you need to go to your account and make sure your signed in. If you're not signed in, it will prompt you to sign in when you attempt to visit your account page on best buy.

My post was merged with the $10 FP post, and it really should have been kept separate as the certificate are served differently. I don't understand SD all too often. I see many truly duplicates never merged, and other ones which have important differences, they merge ... SMH.

Thanks for responding. I tried everything but it still wouldn't apply the discount. I signed in using 3 different family member's accounts and none of them would work. Tried full price items too. The banner doesn't show up on my laptop, only my tablet. Weird!

Your post should have been left separate, I agree. I received a $5.00 email on one account from the original post. Your post doesn't involve targeted emails. The banner shows on all 3 I tried (android tablet).

What browser? Maybe it recognizes you applied a cert already. Try clearing best buy cookies

I tried 3 browsers. The banner is only showing on Chrome. There's a glitch somewhere. I'm sure it will work for others, repped!
