Failure to leave the class before 180 seconds will result in the class being considered taken for the month. If you're referring to the resistant level, there's a knob on the echelon (similar to the peloton, but the numbers are different, we use a conversion chart) that adjusts the resistant level manually.
The cadence and calorie tracking will not be available on the peloton app if you use an echelon. Schwinn IC4 might be more applicable if someone is looking for that.
