Dang it, everything i am reading in the decription, etc. all say this is the Sangria, including the UPC, part number, etc. "SKU: EVH107701598, MFR: 5107701598".

It's OK, but I have been holding out for the purple burst (MFR: 5107701593) for like a year, since it came out I think...

So we don't know if it's purple burst or sangria? My husband likes both Sangria I think 1st than the purple I love the purple myself though but both are pretty. We like the silver floyd on the sangria better than the gold on the purple but we still like the purple alot. His 3rd choice was Solar and he almost bought it today with 20% from GC cause of a problem he had with a returned guitar in the store and we were going top get 20% off of $1299 I can't believe I just sat down at my computer and I go check my mail and see this and couldn't believe the price so he should just get it no matter what color it is. When I clicked the deal and saw it was the special QM he wanted I was like it's going in my cart he was in the shower. He almost bought the standard gold one for $599 and changed his mind and decided on the special.

We were on Reverb all day looking and hearting to see who offered us what. This is a great price! So is this the quilted maple one that normally sells for $1299? I know the special sangria is QM. Either way he does like the purple too so we just ordered it and we'll see when it comes on Friday plus free shipping so I think it's a great deal.

Yeah, I would do a chlorine burst... or a northern lights. But I need a Prince guiter... and the purple and gold is a Prince guitar yummy.

I have a bunch of these. Definitely get the Special model. I buy the standard for painting, but for playing, the Special are much better hardware wise.

Thanks! We bought it cause of the price. I do love the purple but we also like the sangria which Guitar Center couldn't get either one till June and July. He almost went with solar at 20 percent off in stock but I'm glad I saw this deal.

If there both poor sellers why are they back ordered at Guitar Center. Several other places do have it though. Anyway we'll see what color shows up on Friday. I'm guessing Sangria with the wrong picture. Chlorine Burst pretty too hubby dint care for it though.

I went and looked at pics on reverb. Sangria looks pretty good in real photos. But yeah if I was doing purple I'd want chrome and an ebony board. $650 for that one. 😍

Well I just called Adorama sales and she said the color is Sangria and I tried to tell her about the picture and she said yes it's a violet and I said no and explained Sangria is red and black and how they have the picture wrong of the purple burst and she said she will let someone know. She said it is Sangria color so we will see on Friday. I don't know much about guitars I am just posting here and found this deal for my husband. He is a big fan of Eddies so I'm sure he will like it. He's been watching you tube videos of it being played.

I just called and the sales rep said it will be RED as in the Sangria color. He says the picture is for "illustration purposes only" and was surprisingly pushy about me putting in an order afterwards. Weak. I'd buy the purple from the picture for sure.
