I checked your account and you were under our
SAVE10 promotion where you get $10 off for 5 years and you are on our $45 premium plan already.

That is correct. The SAVE15 promo brings it down to $30. I was hoping you could apply that or else l'll just downgrade to the basic plan and then upgrade using that promo. But wanted to just avoid having to do that

Upon checking your request that you will step down and ask if we can add the SAVE15 promotion to get $15 off for 25 months, unfortunately upon reading the terms and condition for the SAVE15 promotion, it states that : agents will not be able to apply the SAVE15 promotion if the member is already on the $45 premium plan and request to step down and wanted to add the SAVE15 promotion to their account.

I deeply apologize but we can not add the SAVE15 promotion after you step down and upgrade back to the $45 premium plan. I advise you not to step down because when you step down, you will loose the SAVE10 promotion that were applied to your account

Here is another way to save some extra money: if you have some (older) unlocked phones or or eSIM slots in active phones available you can create and activate new accounts for other people in your household. You'll get a $20 credit per referral in the referring account and the new account gets a $20 discount off the first month. Choose the $25 plan without any other promo codes (since they can't be combined with the referral credit). Once the new account is active turn off autopay and close the account before the first month is over (or just don't pay which suspends service and eventually cancels it). You'll essentially pay $5 for the $20 credit on your permanent account. You can use one referral credit per month so your already discounted $30 plan comes down to $10 as long as you have referral credits banked (you can bank up to 12). I recently did this with my son's account (who recently signed up for the promo $30 plan for 25 months. I also had statement credit offers on 3 Citi cards that were worth $25 each for any purchase from visible. The $5 first month payment for the throw away accounts triggered the credits so I made another $60 along with the 3x$20 referral credits my son received.

Just chiming in to say that this is for Monthly subscribers only. Annual subscribers can only step down to a monthly plan ~7 days before their plan is set to renew. So it seems like annual members are getting shafted here.

did any monthly + subscribers have a chance to get this switched? i'm on the $35/mo. plus promo and being told only basic subs can switch over. thanks

I have two lines. One in the $20 and another in the $30 I see no difference in the two maybe just the hotspot speed which is a little faster in the $30 line

I had Visible + for several months in the past but it wasn't worth an extra $10 a month to me. Worth an extra $5 though, especially with the free watch plan included. In my suburban area there is definitely a difference in service. I notice it when streaming music on my walks. There are definitely some dead zones, and they don't appear with Visible +.

Apologies if this scenario has been addressed here, but I'm currently on basic Visible plan that's $30 per month minus a $5 monthly discount. If I change to this $30/month plan for 25 months, what if I want to switch back to the basic plan? Will it be $30 or $25/month? I guess it might depend on how their pricing structure looks in 25 months.

Did your annual plan expire or did you cancel it first. I am on annual plan which is paid in full until April.

I got $45 charged. Chat with agent and seems error on their side. Opened ticket to get it fixed. Said 30 to 60 minutes to fix. Let's see.

Got charged today for the full $45 amount also. Time to play the chat only support game. Frown

Update: Chat support couldnt fix. Sent it to tier 2. About 6 hours later, I got refunded $45, got a text saying Promo Added, and then got charged $30. About an hour after that, I got a text from Allen saying my promotional error has been fixed. Might be one of the most pleasant chat support experience I had. Sure beats Mint's chat/email support.
