Great deal, but anyone else out there prefer honey in glass containers as opposed to plastic? My experience is that I don't eat it fast enough and it hardens. The way to "unharden" the honey is to boil it or microwave it right in the container. That said, I prefer not to heat up plastic when it's touching food (esp now and reading all the stuff about micro plastics). One solution would be to just transfer it from the plastic container into a glass mason jar.

Cheaper than 12 oz at the grocery store. Don't need one right now but it should literally last forever on my shelf...

A word of warning for new parents in case they don't know:

Babies younger than 1 year old should not be given honey.

Honey can contain Clostridium botulinum spores, which can cause a serious illness called infant botulism in babies.

Geez, just went down the internet rabbit hole and google searched this brand since I've never used the product before. Apparently there was a class action filed against this company accusing them of heating the honey to a high temp which supposedly destroy the health benefits. There's pages and pages of people going nuts accusing the company of cheating them with an un-pure product. Only thing is the lawsuit was dismissed. So is it that sheeple "heard" about a class action and persecuted the company without evidence or is this really some sort of tainted product? I'm kinda leaning towards the former considering how many people "knew" this product was being heated to 120 degrees with seemingly no evidence of this that I can find. If anyone knows the answer feel free to enlighten us.

Saw a documentary where an entire honey bee's lifetime effort results in approximately one teaspoon of honey.

I try to dispense the honey in small amounts to avoid waste.

These little guys and gals literally worked themselves to death for us. We should honor that with responsible use.

That's funny, because in my culture they give a newborn a tiny lick of honey as an ancient old tradition😅
