Bought these the last time they were on sale. This flavor is terrible imo. I cannot even drink them.

Any more than that and the taste goes from water to supplement. The important thing is that they can use the nutrients in the marketing.

Guess you havent heard of any electrolyte or vitamin containing beverages have you?

This drink contains roughly 20-25% of your daily value of vitamin c and zinc

A drink like Body Armor and Propel (closer since it's sports water and clear) are closer to 100% vitamin c and zinc so a definite improvement.

Those drinks cost at least $1 for 16oz at Costco, these are under $1 for 24 oz

Just say $11.40 is out of your budget and stop shitting on a product that is actually pretty decent for flavored water

Body Armor also has 500mg-800mg of potassium, which are great for recovery after training. I recommend this to my flu patients w/ body aches

Idk which ones you are recommending but Body Armor Flash IV and Gatorlyte are your best bet if you are doing strenuous exercise or have the flu etc

I find Body Armor tastes a little better than Gatorlyte
