Max 60hz refresh rate supported. That means if you have higher refresh rate monitors, they will be limited to 60hz.
"A: Two monitors: Single 8K (@60Hz)* or Single 4K (@120Hz) / Dual 4K (@60Hz) or Dual 1080p (@120Hz). * Host with DSC 1.2 HBR3."

also in one of the reviews:

"I was able to run a monitor 5120x1440 at 120hz on my mac beautifully as well as a full music studio and a Thunderbolt 2TB HD. Only way to 'truely' expand your mac thunderbolt ports... (since they are so few!)"

It's total bandwidth that matters.

And people doing 4k 120hz are probably plugging directly into the GPU.

This has plenty of bandwidth to do my 3440x1440 at 165 Hz. The knucklehead talking about 60 Hz is clueless.

Which is 1327 MHz bandwidth. My 3440x1440 @ 165 Hz requires 1226 MHz. Easily done. But with TB4 the other TB ports are 10 Gbps tops like a USB 3.2

I got this one for my Mac Mini M4 while I wait for CalDigit to release the TS5, and so far there has been no issues. It easily supports two 1440p 165Hz monitors, a Shure MV6 and a mouse.

Edit:
Also works with the MacBook Pro M1 Max from work, no issues.

Although the first time with each Mac it gave 120Hz for each monitor.

Which hub would you recommend that has 2 monitor ports and Ethernet port?

I picked this up when it was on sale a few weeks ago and have been very happy with it. My 3440x1440 display is running at its max refresh rate of 144hz via a thunderbolt to displayport cable
