In time, I need a docking station but never used any product from this brand. Any inputs from the group? Do you recommend this for home office?

I'm biting. For other products I have heard Wavlink is decent. Thunderbolt docks are a challenging segment in general due to a lot of consumer hardware compatibility issues. For $45, hard not to try out. It's amazon so can return if it doesn't work.

I think this is quite a good deal. It is difficult to find the one with two real ports for display. I bought this for my future macbook air m4.

Thanks for the heads up but I don't see this being an issue as much with a usb/thunderbolt dock. This isn't necessarily networking equipment.

If you were paranoid, I suppose you could decide not to use the ethernet port.

Have something similar from Wavlink for my WFH setup. For the most part it's been solid, but ever once in a while it it can be finicky with my Dell work laptop. For the price I would recommend it though.

Just received the product. It is as pictured but the model number is wrong, they sent UTD21H Rev. d. It only supports 60W PD charging and likely missing other features. Disappointed.
You can get this model from other sellers for the same price. Either they sent me the wrong product or it is not listed right online.

terrible customer service. i Bought a hub for my steam deck. about 8 months later it stopped working. warranty was for a year. i was told we don't sell this product anymore would you like a coupon for a few dollars off a new replacement.
great business model. instead of honoring your warranty ask people to buy a replacement
