These are bad. The oil sticks to it and then you cannot bring it to the "before" state no matter how much you scrub and you can't use the steel wool because it's ceramic coating will come off
I got these and will be returning them. They worked perfectly until I cooked with one at too high of a temperature and now it's ruined. Never had that issue with teflon.
If you're looking for titanium oxide pans, Costco has the green pan three pack for not too much more and it's rated for 600F. So far they haven't had the same high heat issue and I'd recommend those instead

I don't think these are the same models they used to sell a few years ago. The coating color is different and they seem lower quality. The old ones had a dark grey coating, a red rubber handle grip that slid over the metal handle, were NSF certified, and were oven safe up to 500 or 550F of you removed the rubber handle grip.
those ones were EXCELLENT quality. i can't speak to these ones, but i don't like what i see.

I have this for three months now. They are PFAS free and they are great non stick pans. Only use them for low to medium heat or you will ruin them.
For hot temp, I use my triclad pans or cast iron or my carbon steel woks.

I got these at clearance for $14.97 a couple weeks back and agree that they are great for low/medium temperature cooking. I made grilled cheeses in these a couple days ago and they are so nonstick i could barely keep the sandwich in the pan. They work great as long as you use them as designed.

Yeah I was wondering about the coating, almost every pan we have had with coating come off and mainly for my wife using knifes in the pan. I tell her not to do that but doesn't listen... so tend to avoid coating now.
