This deal from a couple days ago revived after is was listed as out of stock before I could pull the trigger. It came back in stock at $1400+ with a 10% off coupon but I spoke with customer service showing the previous 30% off coupon and they have now lowered the price to $1099.99 and added 10% coupon. The coupon may be targeted; some people weren't seeing the previous 30% off coupon.

This made it $989.99 for me.
But looks to be OOS again....

Yep same here and damn tempted to pull the trigger, but my room is so dang bright and this TV kind of struggles with that apparently according to rtings.

With FireTV being one of the worst streaming platforms (imo), and built-in streaming usually suffering from poor performance anyways, I see no reason why I'd ever connect this to the Internet. I'd purchase a separate streaming device for $20-50.

It's back if anyone is interested. I haven't taken delivery of mine yet so I can't comment on the quality or the delivery process but I know it's going to be an upgrade from my 12 year old 55" 1080p plasma.

I agree, but some TV's require you to connect to the internet to get past the Terms of Service page.Mad
