You're probably not going to find something that cheap for a better calorie:protein ratio. But if you're willing to spend more, something like this:

If you're willing to get protein in other ways and want to spend less than a dollar per serving, check out Greek yogurt that is 100 calories but offers 15 g of protein, such as Yoplait:
