Lol, it's the highest studied supplement, and the consensus is that it helps grow lean muscle and improves performance.
I think there's studies that even show it has cognitive benefits too.

So it requires 6 capsules just to get 3g of creatine? typically, a serving size is 5g.

I assume it's so they don't have to make the serving size 10 capsules which might turn a lot of people off. The powder serving size is 5g. I would go with that if you can.

For what it's worth all creatine is made in China.

Creapure creatine is made by Alzchem in Germany.

Con Crete (creatine concentrate) is made in USA.

Nowhere on product or listing does it say country of origin. Assume this is fake or does not have any CM in it, and it is likely from China. These are overpriced candy gummies at best.....
