Assuming so since it says "in-store," but do not hold me to it lol
Converting to 40oz (2.5lbs) this is $14.02 (if you bought the 8.5oz bag). If I'm not mistaken normal price at Costco in store is like 12.99?

Costco targets higher than average American household that appreciate quality.
Walgreens store brand target people who don't want to pay the extra $1 for the name brand, higher quality nuts on the same shelf.
