Looks like this one contains Zinc Gluconate which is the better formulation and is better absorbed by your body compared to other vitamins and supplements that use "cheaper" zinc like zinc citrate. Gluconate is the active ingredient in Cold-eeze, Zicam and some other lozenges but those only contain about 15mg so this one has 35 more mg!
