I have a couple of these and I would not recommend it over the n20 pro they have. That is available for $100 over this price but is at least 5x better in performance.

Have the N8+ it's a great little vacuum, nothing spectacular, but have yet to try the wet mop feature

Should have clarified that I guess. If you have the ecovacs app, you can get credits for check-in, doing tasks with the robots etc. you can exchange that for credit. It is 399 on the website but you can get to the credit rather quickly even without the robot.

Just saying, don't waste money on this and get the better version.

I have 5 ecovacs, 1 shark , 1 Eufy. The Eufy x10 pro is by far my favorite of them all.

PS: I get a lot of gadgets to beta test. Happy to answer questions if you have them Smilie

How does this compare to Roborock?

This competes with the q7 max+. The app features are similar with multi level maps, mop avoidance, mode control etc. however when it comes to the performance the roborock is a better robot - easier to clean when you have to, lot of aftermarket accessories/replacements etc.

In my tests, the roborock didn't run into things as much as this ecovacs did.

This one is so bad that I have given away a few to people on FB marketplace just to get rid of it.

The shark is horrible. Have a RV2600 myself. The app is garbage. $50 cheapo vacuums have a better app.

Which Roborock would you suggest for average size room with hardwood floors and no pets (based on the price/performance ratio)?

How does this compare to the iRobot Roomba combo J9+? Just got an open box one for less than $600. Haven't used it yet so I'm still open to other options.

What do you use to do the tasks to accumulate the credits?
