I watched every single episode of these shows last year. My thoughts:
* Agent Carter S1 is awesome and really fits well with the movies. S2 is pretty skippable.
* AOS is a lot of fun to watch alongside the movies, at least through season 3. It declines after that. They should have wrapped up in season 5.
* JJ is a solid show but I'm not sure I'd watch it again.
* Luke Cage has boring characters, boring writing, and is just boring, at least in S1. S2 gets the most improved award.
* I didn't hate Iron Fist as much as everyone else, although the fight scenes are not its strong point. I loved the characters. Maybe I'm just weird! I'm disappointed it didn't get another season. For me it was far more watchable than Luke Cage.
* Daredevil S1 and S2 are some of the best action television I've ever seen. S3 is possibly my favorite season of TV, period.
* Punisher S1 is incredible if you can handle absolute buckets of blood. S2 is OK.
When I watched these, at least Daredevil and possibly some others had been converted to 4K/Atmos on D+. Daredevil makes great use of height channels! It was cool enough that I'm holding out for 4K releases before I purchase.
In case you're wondering about the other Marvel shows not listed:
* I did not like Defenders which was surprising considering I was on board with (almost) all of the characters by then. It's like everything the Avengers movie did well, this did poorly. Worst cinematography I've seen in a while.
* Inhumans is very, very stupid and terrible
* Runaways is so bad it took me months to get through it. Runaways is so bad, Disney doesn't even have it on its streaming services.
* Cloak and Dagger is quite good and I'm looking forward to watching it again
All in all, if you're doing the MCU marathon thing, I'd do Agent Carter S1, AoS S1-3, and DD S1.

I picked up the Jessica Jones series. I remember Agent Carter being pretty good. The rest are pretty okay especially Agent of Shield. It has some pretty funny bits from Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

Instantly picked up punisher s1 and 2. Jon Bernthal is awesome
agreed, best Punisher by far (although i have a soft spot for Dolph... cause you know, kid of the early 80s!!!)
as somebody else said, if you haven't watched Daredevil, Season 2 with heavy Punisher involvement was absolutely awesome.
