Well, I'm actually a former chef and my standards can be pretty high when eating out. I had a $10 burger/fry/drink meal at BW3 last week and was pretty impressed. No low quality ingredients detected. Overhead on a burger meal is usually around $4-5 using beef chuck, a half potato for fries, and a drink + wait staff pay. They can make money easily with good ingredients at $10.
As these chains offer deep discounts to compete with fast food, I've noticed the discounted items have dropped off in quality as well, so I have a feeling that they're sourcing inferior quality food in a cost cutting effort to compensate for discounts. I used to be able to get a somewhat decent tasting burger at Applebee's or Fridays before (for a chain), but ever since they introduced their value pricing, the taste has gone down the drain, and meals unenjoyable. It's the old moniker of "you get what you pay for." I've sworn off burgers at many chains as I'd rather pay more for better sourced food. I'm not chain bashing as I like the occasional meal at a chain restaurant, but just wanted to share that I've noticed quite a drop in the quality of food at some of them of late, which drives me more to independently owned non-chain eateries.

Last time they ran this, my wife and I tried the burgers, because we normally only order wings. We both like the burgers and their fries were ok. Not the best I ever had, but not bad for the price. We also still got an order of wings to split and it made a nice meal.
When I was looking for good local burgers during the pandemic, I did not even think about BWW. When browsing on grubhub, I saw BWW offered one, so I figured I would give it a try and I was glad I did. I continued to get them when I was in the mood for a good burger, eventually opting for pickup to save the grub hub upcharge, right up until the one time I ordered one that was bathed in salt. The first bite I took was fine, then my mouth started burning, the salt overpowering everything else. I figured it must be the bacon or some other topping, so I found a spot without toppings and it was the same, despite not seeing any obvious signs of salt. After two bites, I had to throw it out. I contacted BWW customer support, which allowed me to pinpoint the exact location with the issue and got a boilerplate response with no further followup. It is unfortunate, but I have not been able to go back since.
Honestly...underrated burger. They're super solid. Youtuber josh weismann thought so too which probably means nothing. https://youtu.be/O7xSkdyEzzU?t=377

We're planning to do this for dinner tonight so I just checked on the website to make sure the code applied near me.
It worked but even after the code is accepted it will still show the original price.
Once you click Checkout it will take off the price of one of the burgers.
It also allowed me to mix and match different burgers but obviously you're going to be charged for the more expensive one.
