I bought over $100 of chocolate at Target @ 75% off last week. Half of them was Lindt.

I miss the day that Target did 90% chocolate.

I disagree lindt truffles aren't superior, they absolutely are. Particularly dark chocolate truffles or white chocolate mint. Incredible. But as a fan, load up after holidays or other fast sales. Keep eyes open, they come around often enough .
This price here, unfortunately, no deal at all.

Yes, they are owned by them but that doesn't make the chocolate the same...do some research before commenting. And FYI: Lindt's chocolate contains 116% of the recommended cadmium limit and 48% of the lead limit, hence a class action lawsuit was filed against Lindt. That is not the case with Ghirardelli chocolate.

I thought Lindt was good until someone brought me some Lindt from Switzerland. This is when I realized U.S. made Lindt is not so good any more. lol The German made Lindt is also awesome.

We eat garbage here to make $$ for big corps. EU food standards are more stricter than US.

Aldi's Moser Roth chocolate is the best easy to find chocolate imo. Ritter Sport Alpine milk chocolate is also delicious but kind of hard to find in stores. Hit or miss in foreign food and/or chocolate sections.
