Buddy of mine got it for PC and his 2070 couldn't run it at low settings so he refunded and is waiting for a PS5 deal
The cheapest way is to build your own. It does not have to cost you thousands of dollars. You can use the internet to leverage some information and put it into effect.
Not an exhaustive list, but perks are:
-No online yearly subscription to play multi-player games.
-Steam and Epic are some game stores/launchers that offer free games. Plus, you can use any controller with hall effect stick/triggers to avoid stick drift.
-If there is an issue with my PC, I can fix it myself because I built it instead of having to ship a console back to the manufacturer. Sure, there's things that can pop up from time to time that can require additional effort and application to fix, but I'm better as a result of it. You can do anything (short of brain surgery...leave that to the pros) that someone else has already figured out.
You have a computer for things you would use a computer for, too!
I started this for myself and my kids to dodge some of the recurring costs associated with console requirements. The perks continued to be more apparent as time went on. Respect to you for your choice on your platform of choice. Now go light up Google on how to build a PC!
