I purchased this exact model from Costco. Unfortunately, it lasted just over a year before breaking down. If you search online for Keurig Multi-Stream, you'll see that many others have had similar experiences. While I lasted longer than most—many people reported failures within 3-6 months—this model has notorious reliability issues. After two or three warranty replacements, some people gave up entirely. I've now switched back to the K-Classic model.

My K-express has performed flawlessly for over 2000 pods. I think this is a case where the simpler device is more reliable.

Not original commenter but I just came here looking for a replacement for this exact model that failed. Got it from Costco and after a year and a half I plugged it in, set the brewing settings, pressed the start button, and it just died. Doesn't power on anymore. Going to return it to Costco. Out of warranty anyways
