Assume toddlers can take and the dose would be larger?

I don't see why not. I'd just look for the toddler's Motrin and see their measurements. Make sure the concentration is the same as this one, otherwise adjust accordingly

You're better off buying the 8oz version if buying for toddlers. Cheaper per oz. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09S3YKW1M

This is exactly twice as concentrated as "regular" liquid ibuprofen.

Terrible deal. Get Children's Mortin and dose it according to the Infants. They are the same concentration.
It quite literally is not the same:
1. Infant Motrin:
• Concentration: 50 mg per 1.25 mL (40 mg per mL).
• Comes with a dropper for precise dosing for younger children (6-23 months).
2. Children's Motrin:
• Concentration: 100 mg per 5 mL (20 mg per mL).
• Comes with a dosing cup for older children (2-11 years).

Came here to say this. Infant vs Children Motrin is not the same and the concentration is different. Tylenol is the same, but Motrin is not.

You are correct. I should not have expected someone to figure out the dosing. But here is the recommended dosage for Children's Motrin for Infants.

Children's Motrin 100mg / 5 ml

12 to 17lbs/ 6 to 11mons - 2.5ml
18 to 23lbs/ 12 to 23mons - 4ml

1. Infant Motrin:
• Concentration: 50 mg per 1.25 mL (40 mg per mL).
Bottle 1/2oz (15ml) x 40mg/ml =
A total of 600mg ibuprofen
2 bottle 1200mg for $5.60

2. Children's Motrin:
• Concentration: 100 mg per 5 mL (20 mg per mL).
Bottle 8oz (240ml) x 20mg/ml =
A total of 4800mg ibuprofen
1 bottle 4800mg for $10.30

So, yeah children's Motrin is a better buy

The whole benefit of the concentrated medicine is that it's a pain in the ass to get this into a fussy baby, so the less you need to do the job, the better.

Now, this isn't a great deal but looks like it because these are 0.5 fl oz each — Amazon brand is cheaper than this at 1 fl oz with subscribe and save discount. Rite Aid brand on Amazon is also cheaper than this with the two pack of 1 fl oz that comes out to $4.54 each.
