According to reviews the lessons aren't available in the box. Have to hassle support to get them. Pass for me

I don't have this yet, but here [prismacolor.com] are some FAQs related to redeeming a code. Assuming this is where the code should be entered as payment, they probably could have made it a little easier to spot.
